Modular/Hasler Acquires Star Business Systems

Effective today, Hasler has acquired the assets of Star Business Systems, an authorized mailing systems dealership in the Miami area.

Star will be will be merged into Modular Mailing Systems, the Hasler-owned dealer operating from Tampa under the leadership of 23-year industry veteran Tom Ferrante.

The principals of Star, Ira Wernikoff and Art Waganheim, will be joining the Modular leadership team.

This new acquisition gives the Neopost Group an increased retail presence in one of the largest markets in the country.
